Virtual RealiTee Mini Golf

This was a project that I took up a leadership role for. It involved a team of four of us with it being our first experience making a VR game. Overall time to make was 10 weeks.

The brainstorming sheet we used in the beginning to come up with a concept of an idea. Brainstorming lasted 15 minutes with the space target shooter and the mini golf game being the choices we were most interested in. We eventually picked the mini golf game.

This is a test scene that I put together to get the fundamentals down with interaction and the hole functioning. (It is not included in the final game.)

These are some pictures of the holes through development.

The Main Menu scene which set up the ideas for what kind of style we were going for
Hole 3 was the first hole that featured a moving element, being the blue turbine spinning
Hole 4 shown here was one of my favorite holes made as well as one of the most difficult ones to get working in a way I was satisfied
Hole 9 also had challenges being the fact that due to the amount of assets in the scene, it sadly had to be scaled back in detail as well as size for more ease of play
